We have a strict induction process where our ‘standards of care‘ are reiterated.  We also provide our Angels with booklets with the ‘standards of care‘ in so that they are able to remind themselves of what we expect from them.   All our Angels are individually interviewed, vetted and matched to the best of our ability so that we can be confident they are able to to fill the instructions we make.
